Conducting Citizen/User Surveys
Berkshire Advisors conducts citizens surveys to assess citizen/user satisfaction with the level and quality of services they receive. Like most citizen surveys, surveys conducted by Berkshire Advisors provide an overall assessment of citizen satisfaction with the services provided. In addition, however, Berkshire Advisors surveys are constructed to gather information on the level of services provided by a local government department (for example, citizen expectation with regard to police response times to various types of incidents). In addition, survey results identify areas on which improvement efforts should be focused and provide insights into how the government's limited resources might be reallocated to better address citizen needs.
